KERAGLASS KBF-C 500 x 2000 Continuous Bending and Tempering Furnace "Speed Up"

Continuous glass tempering furnace with glass bending station, increased production compared to a traditional oscillating furnace. Even heating through one-way transmission to minimize glass breakage

The resistances placed above the rollers plane are installed on special panels, made up of a compact and treated material, that does not release dust and can “see” the surface of the glass. The resistances placed below the roller plane, are of Moduthal type and topped by steel plates, radiating glass uniformity (whose function is to even the heating across the furnace and protect the resistances from possible glass fragments).

The heating zones are monitored and controlled by a max. temperature safety device, that can be set manually, interrupting the power feeding to the elements, in case of emergency. Roller driving System operates on a different zone of the furnace at the most suitable speed according to the type of product to be treated.
