The People behind Stone & Glass!
David Helms David, a native of North Carolina, began his career working in construction and home remodeling. Living in the heart of “Furniture Land”, he eventually redirected his career path to Furniture Sales, where he gained much experience and success in Sales and Management.

Realizing his own development of sales skills and talents, and acknowledging his strong interest in wrist watches, David decided to combine both by starting an online business selling watch accessories. His business operated successfully over (14) years and enabled him to gain valuable knowledge in all facets of running a “well-oiled machine”. Using a keen eye for style and design, he also created a branded product line that quickly became his best-selling products.

With his varied Sales experience and background, David now focuses on Capital Equipment Sales by managing and supporting several EX FACTORY Woodworking Machinery categories.

Greg Gibson Gregory is a native of Charlotte NC. After graduating and receiving his BFA from ACA & GSU in Atlanta, GA, he began working in the woodworking & cabinet-making trades. First efforts were with small custom shop environments, designing and building modern prototype furniture, yacht interiors, executive offices, etc.

During this time and into the present, he has continued his pursuit in the Fine Arts. His paintings, drawings, and collages are exhibited in national galleries and published in print with commentary by both art historians and religious scholars.

From 2001 – 2005, Greg was an EXF machinery sales Product Manager, primarily woodworking equipment sales. He rejoins our team in the Stone & Glass Division.

Greg’s creative background and equipment sales experience complement his innate unique skillset and problem-solving capability. Bob Dykstra A native and current resident of Grand Rapids, MI, Bob Dykstra has a solid background in the woodworking industry. His first job was with a Cabinet and Pool Table manufacturer, With a solid manufacturing background, Bob applied it in a career change to Machinery Sales servicing large and small companies such as Bose, Steelcase, Sauders, and Herman Miller.

Bob was introduced to CMS Routers in the late 1980s and his entry into CNC technology permanently changed his professional machine sales focus to CNC Routers, Machining Centers, and Software from that time forward. He visited many factories, consulting & selling CNC Machine application not only in Woodworking, but also in Stone & Glass, as well as Plastic and non-ferrous metal Industries.

Tony Cornacchione Tony is graduate of the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, where he obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Kimberly Clark (paper industry) for 5 years as a Design & Project Engineer and designed machines, material handling and air systems.

He later became a partner in API Machinery and was responsible for the design and manufacturing of custom-built machinery for the woodworking, metal, plastic, and food industries. API later moved on to become a dealer in new and used woodworking machinery.

Tony lives in Toronto, Ontario and works from his Toronto office. Whether your needs are small or large, let Tony’s extensive years of experience in a variety of manufacturing and machinery businesses assist you. Lana Savitch Lana was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. She graduated from the Baltic State Technical University (Voenmeh D.F.Ustinov) of St. Petersburg and awarded a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electro-Mechanical Designs.

Following graduation, she accepted a position as a Heavy Machinery Engineer-Designer at the Institute of Scientific Research & Technology of St. Petersburg, Russia, a division of Putilov Factory. She remained several years at the Institute until the mid 1990s, when Lana made the decision to immigrate to the USA. She joined AGM (Alfa Glass Machinery), a North American distributor of Italian Stone & Glass Working Machinery. Her primary AGM activities included office management, sales support, customer services, marketing, and vendor relationships.

Seven years later, Lana accepted a position with EX FACTORY to provide sales support and customer service. Fluent in both Russian and English, Lana may be your first contact! She'll gladly answer your basic questions and put you in direct contact with the Product Manager who can assist with your requirements!
